- You acknowledge that you are over the age of 13 in accordance with The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of April 21,2000

- All the games are deleted one year after being finished.
|
|
- You agree not to create more then one account.
|
|
- You agree to allow that MainWebChess record all chat messages.
|
|
- You agree that MainWebChess delete an open invite (single game) with more then 24 hours.
|
|
- You agree that MainWebChess delete an open invite (tournament) with more then 7 days.
|
|
- You agree that MainWebChess delete a finished game, finished by a period superior to 1 year.
|
|
- You agree that MainWebChess delete a finished tournament, finished by a period superior to 1 year.
|
|
- You agree that MainWebChess delete an inactive game, inactive by a period superior to 1 year.
|
|
- All the tournament games are automatically finished 24 hours after timeout move has been expired.
|
|
- Your account is limited to 20 simultaneous active games.
|
|
- While a game is in progress you may not use chess engines, chess computers or be assisted by a third party.You may use reference books, databases consisting of previously played games between human players, and other pre-existing research materials.

|
- At the end of the registration process, you will receive an internet link, you must use it to complete registration and be able to use your account and password.
|
|
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account.
|
|
- You agree to not use the Service to post, email or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

- You agree to not use the Service to interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service.

- MainWebChess reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice.

- MainWebChess reserves the right at any time to modify these Terms with or without notice.

- You agree that may terminate your account and access to the Service if you have violated any part of these agreements.

- All accounts without activity by a periode of one year, are terminated.

- Players are rated using the following formula:

New Rating = YourRating + K * (Score - (1 / (10^((OpponentRating-YourRating)/400)+1)))

K=130-Old Rating/20 ---------------------------- Rate 2000 - 2400
|

K=10 ------------------------------------------- Rate > 2400

Score = 1 -------------------------------------- win

Score = 0 -------------------------------------- Lost

Score = 0.5 ------------------------------------ Draw

- To use internal Mail service you agree:

All Messages older then 90 days are automatically deleted.
